Jiangsu Danxia New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 1992 and is located in the Ecological Chemical Technology Industrial Park of Suqian City, Jiangsu Province. With a registered capital of 45.256889 million yuan and covering an area of 86 acres, it is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, and sales of functional additives for polymer materials such as light stabilizers and flame retardants. It is also a specialized and innovative small and medium-sized enterprise in Jiangsu Province. The company has core technology and independent intellectual property rights, and owns the Suqian (Danxia) Plastic Additive Engineering Technology Research Center and Enterprise Technology Center. It is the leading unit of the Advanced Additive Application Industry Technology Innovation Center for Polymer Materials in China's petroleum and chemical industry.
Danxia New Materials has been focusing on the research, development, and industrial production of the most dynamic light stabilizers and flame retardants in the chemical industry for over 20 years. Multiple new technologies have been recognized as provincial-level new technologies in Jiangsu Province. Its quality and application performance are ahead of international peers, and multiple products have achieved import substitution and are exported to more than 20 countries and regions such as Europe, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia. At present, Danxia New Materials has developed into a leading enterprise in this sub field in China, participating in the drafting and revision of multiple national standards and group standards, leading the world.
Over the years, in the process of continuous development, the company has effectively fulfilled its social responsibilities and has always been a socially responsible enterprise. The company currently has nearly 300 employees. Faced with increasingly fierce domestic and international market competition, the company has invested in the construction of a fully automated production system for advanced polymer additives with a capacity of 5000 tons/year through technological transformation and expansion, in accordance with the goal of "production automation, industrial scale, high-end and diversified products". Achieved an additional sales revenue of 300 million yuan and a tax of 40 million yuan, and successively established wholly-owned subsidiaries of Ningxia Danxia and Shanghai Danxia Junxi.
In recent years, despite the impact of the global COVID-19, product sales still maintained an average annual growth rate of about 37%, developing the local economy. In recent two years, the employment growth rate of enterprises was 61.7%, which solved some employment pressures, reduced the instability of social security, and fulfilled the social responsibility of enterprises.
4、 Strengthen scientific management and pay attention to environmental protection
The company has successively passed the "three in one" management system certification of ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system. The company has been approved as a national second level enterprise for safety production standardization and has obtained the certificate of second level enterprise for safety production standardization. The company has continuously increased its investment in safety and environmental protection, and in recent years has invested 55 million yuan to fully automate all production processes of the company; More than 60 million yuan has been invested in environmental protection, including the construction of new environmental sewage treatment and solid waste collection and storage facilities, as well as two 80000 cubic meter/hour thermal storage waste gas incineration (RTO) facilities, effectively ensuring the reduction and stable compliance of the company's wastewater, waste gas, solid waste, and other emissions. The protection of the surrounding environment, the health and safety of employees, and other aspects reflects the social responsibility of the enterprise more. Since the establishment of this system, the company has not experienced any production accidents, equipment accidents, or received any environmental complaints.
The company's products have passed REACH registration, ROHS testing, and FDA certification, further improving the quality and green production of the products. A sound product after-sales service system has been established, and the company has established sales and technical personnel to solve customer problems anytime and anywhere based on the principles of honesty, trustworthiness, and customer satisfaction; When customers have technical service requirements, provide free technical services and establish a customer complaint management mechanism. The company regularly conducts customer satisfaction surveys through visits or questionnaires, strengthens improvement and adoption of customer requirements and suggestions, and regularly checks and analyzes customer satisfaction.
