DXSORB ® 405 is a powdered hydroxyphenyl (HPT) triazine UV absorber. It has excellent characteristics of low volatility, heat resistance, and strong absorption of short wavelength components. Can effectively protect substrates that are not resistant to extreme processing conditions and ultraviolet radiation. DXSORB 405 is not easily reactive with base catalysts or metal catalysts, nor is it prone to yellowing. Recommended for automotive powder coatings, plastic substrates, wood powder coatings, UV cured coatings, and various high-performance industrial coatings.
